Together Achieving Greatness is a community-driven agency dedicated to supporting the unhoused in the Metro Atlanta area with food, clothing, and critical resources.

Our mission is rooted in personal experience — shaped by poverty, parental addiction, and the challenges that come with growing up in survival mode. We understand what it means to feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported. That’s why we show up — to remind others that where you begin doesn’t have to define where you’re going.

We’re here to offer hope. To be a light. To extend love. To show every person we serve that someone cares — and that the change they seek is possible.

Who We Serve

Children

We pour into children to remind them that they matter. Every child deserves the chance to just be a child — even if only for a moment. Through care, attention, and compassion, we offer glimpses of joy and normalcy during uncertain times.

Teens & Young Adults

We see you. We hear you.

Being misunderstood in your youth can be isolating — we know that firsthand. That’s why we create space for teens and young adults to feel supported, respected, and valued. We’re here to uplift, to guide, and to walk alongside them as they navigate their own journey.

Growing up, there were people and organizations that stepped in when we needed them most — offering food, clothing, and kindness. Their impact stayed with us, and now, we’re passing that gift forward.

We come from a background shaped by poverty and parental addiction—circumstances that could have defined our future. But instead of letting them limit us, they became the foundation of our purpose.

Together Achieving Greatness was born from our desire to give back. We want others to know that their beginning—or even where they are right now—is not the end of their story. There is always hope.

Through every initiative, our goal is to be a source of light, love, and encouragement. To remind people that someone does care—and that they have the power to keep pushing forward toward the change they want to see.

As Executive Director of Together Achieving Greatness, Martella guides a dedicated team committed to empowering underprivileged youth through community-based programs. With a deep belief in the potential of every young person, Martella provides vision, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure that each program fosters growth, resilience, and opportunity.

Under her leadership, Martella continues to expand its reach and impact, delivering life-changing resources and experiences that help young people realize their full potential.
